2. Term 2 Gradings
We will hold gradings on Monday 25 June and Thursday 28 June.
The students sitting the gradings will be:
Monday 25th June:
Beginner - Thomas Miosge, Zef Sharrock
White - Claudia Sykes, Juliet Sykes, William Miosge
Green - Isabelle Singh, Marek Leszczynski, Samuel Le, Jeremy Le
Thursday 28th June:
Beginner - Alice Wang
White - Oskah Dunnin, Lochlan Graf, Jared Graf, Reuben Parkes, Ethan Sheldrick,
Joe Loke
Yellow - Max Kaval, Aman Sharma
As always students sitting the gradings need to be in their full black uniform and hand
in their exercise books on the day. Beginners also need to make sure their
homework has been handed in.
3. Moon Bear Rescue
The Yut Hung Kung Fu Academy donates $20 a month to befriend a moonbear in
China. This is done via the Moonbear rescue program run by Animals Asia
Foundation. Unfortunately some people farm moonbears to extract their bile to sell it,
and luckily the Chinese government and AAF are trying to stop this from happening
and rescue moonbears from farms regularly. Our school obviously owes a lot to this
great animal.
